Hello lovely people, I’m Lisa!

I’m a full-time Marriage Celebrant based here in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges – but I’ll go just about anywhere to marry two people in love.

Planning a wedding should be enjoyable and fun, right? It often involves a lot of decision making and I like to think that choosing the right celebrant is part of the fun. I’ve been a Marriage Celebrant for over 10 years now and I’ve worked with so many different couples.  Whether you’re having an intimate elopement or a full scale ceremony, my energy and genuine enthusiasm is the same. I almost feel guilty saying it never feels like work.

My ceremonies are light-hearted, relaxed and engaging. I’m super organised and will go the extra mile for you to ensure every detail has been taken care of. I will be your rock when you are feeling the pressure, your confidant if stress is creeping in, and your biggest fan when you share the words, “I do”.

Ten Random Things About Lisa

  • Todd and I have been married for 34 years and we still have date nights

  • I love dogs and will stop all those I meet on my walks so I can pat and have a chat

  • I quote random lines from movies all the time. They seriously pop up from nowhere!

  • We love spending time with our two grown up kids and their partners

  • Much to Todd’s horror, I love renovating and re-decorating and re-decorating and re-decorating

  • I never get tired of watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S

  • I hate humidity because it floofs my hair

The Process

The Wedding Brief

Regardless of the ceremony you choose, it always starts with a conversation.
I’ll take you through the legalities of getting married (boring but necessary), listen to any ideas you may have for your wedding (exciting!), and I’ll explain the full service I would offer as your Celebrant (drum roll please).

If we’re a great fit and you would like to proceed, consider us engaged! We’ll complete the first legal document and then you have full access to the VIP Lounge! This portal is full of information, suggestions and inspiration.

The I Do’s

We’ll stay in contact along the way and I’m always available to answer any questions or offer suggestions. We’ll also have a helpful rehearsal planning meeting to ensure you’re well prepared for your big day.

The Marriage Certificate

Your legal certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages is included free of charge with your booking and will be sent directly to your home after your wedding.
